♡ Booking, Safety & Salon Policies

  • Safety first: For everyone's safety, Gel may decline or reschedule an appointment if you have open wounds, cuts, swelling, infection, significant finger/nail injuries, or if you are feeling unwell.
  • ₱100 down payment: A ₱100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until the ₱100 deposit has been received and verified by Gel.
  • Late policy: 20 minutes late = ₱100 late fee. 1 hour late = appointment automatically voided/cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited.
  • Last-minute cancellation / no-show: The ₱100 deposit is non-refundable.
  • No companions: No companion is allowed unless previously discussed with Gel.
  • 3-day warranty: Eligible service issues are covered for 3 days. Please contact Gel as soon as possible if there is a problem.
  • Parking: There is no parking area at the studio.

♡ Submit your request online after paying the ₱100 deposit. Gel will verify your payment and confirm the appointment. A time is not reserved until Gel confirms it.
